These terms govern your use of the products and services offered by Granthify Press (OPC) Private Limited ("Granthify," "we," "us"), including the website granthify.com, the Granthify mobile application, and all related products.

Products and Services

Granthify offers: (a) the Granthify Scan Pen, an assistive learning device with offline translation capabilities, and (b) AI-personalized printed books tailored to individual student performance.

Orders and Payments

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Pre-order payments for the Scan Pen are collected at the time of order and are fully refundable until the product ships.

Shipping and Delivery

Personalised books are delivered within 3 to 5 business days via local print hub partners. Scan Pen pre-orders will ship in the order they were received, with priority given to early customers.

Returns and Refunds

Scan Pen: Pre-orders are fully refundable until shipment. Defective units may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
Printed Books: Printing defects reported within 48 hours of delivery will be reprinted at no charge or fully refunded.
Content-related complaints (non-defect) are not eligible for refund as books are custom-generated.

Warranty

The Granthify Scan Pen comes with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized modifications.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, AI models, and technology on granthify.com and in the Granthify app are the property of Granthify Press (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Granthify's liability for any claim arising from use of our products shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar.
