1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Granthify Press (OPC) Private Limited ("Granthify", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the Granthify website (granthify.com), mobile application, Granthify Scan Pen, Custom Printed Books service, and any related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Services. Parents or guardians who allow minors to use our Services are responsible for supervising such use.

3. Description of Services

Granthify provides:

• Granthify Scan Pen: An assistive device that scans printed text and provides translations and explanations in Indian languages
• Custom Printed Books: AI-powered personalized printed study materials based on your learning needs
• Granthify App: Mobile application that works with the Scan Pen and provides learning features
• Website: Information, waitlist registration, and online services

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

5. Orders and Payments

5.1 Product Orders

When you place an order for products (Scan Pen, Custom Books), you agree to provide accurate shipping and payment information. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

5.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

5.3 Payment

We accept payments through authorized payment gateways. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship products through our network of local print hubs and delivery partners. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 Scan Pen

The Scan Pen comes with a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery if the device is defective or damaged during shipping. The device must be returned in original condition with all accessories.

7.2 Custom Printed Books

Due to the personalized nature of Custom Printed Books, they are non-refundable unless there is a printing defect. Please report any printing issues within 48 hours of delivery.

7.3 Warranty

The Scan Pen comes with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and designs, are owned by Granthify and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you provide to us (such as test responses for personalization). By providing content, you grant us a license to use it for providing and improving our Services.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our products
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Services to infringe on others' intellectual property
• Resell or commercially exploit our products without authorization
• Use the Services to transmit malware or harmful content

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Granthify is an educational aid and does not guarantee any specific academic outcomes or exam results.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRANTHIFY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Granthify, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

14. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
